Week 1 – Breath Awareness: Learn to anchor your mind using the natural rhythm of your breath
Week 2 – Body Scan: Relax tension and reconnect with your physical self
Week 3 – Mindful Listening: Deepen your ability to be fully present with others
Week 4 – Loving-Kindness: Cultivate compassion for yourself and others
Terms & Conditions
- Payment & Registration – The full fee for all four sessions must be paid in advance to secure your place.
• Refunds – All payments are refundable if requested more than 14 days before the start of class. Payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the start of class; however, you may transfer your spot to another participant by notifying the organizer in writing at least 48 hours before the first session.
• Class Size – Maximum of 8 participants, minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not reached by the scheduled start date, the series may be postponed until it is met.
• Schedule Changes – In the rare event of facilitator illness or emergency, sessions may be rescheduled. All registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
• Participation – These sessions are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
• Responsibility – Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and well-being during and after each session. Please inform the facilitator in advance of any relevant physical or mental health conditions.
• No Rights Reserved – You are welcome to share, adapt, or build upon the ideas and practices shared in this series for your personal use. Commercial reproduction of the session materials without permission is not allowed.
